Each submission is structured to align with local planning policy, material considerations, and site-specific constraints.

Building Regulations submissions are coordinated in parallel where necessary, including detailed drawing packages, Full Plans applications, Building Notice submissions, and liaison with Building Control or Approved Inspectors to ensure technical compliance.

For projects requiring operational licensing, we prepare licensing-led layout drawings and coordinate with local authority requirements for premises licences, late night refreshment licences, and pavement licences. Throughout the process, we manage authority communication, respond to council comments, revise drawings where required, discharge planning conditions, and maintain ongoing case tracking and coordination to ensure procedural continuity and delivery certainty.
