THE BRIEF
Extend and reorganise a family home, and add a quiet place to work from home – without commercial or overnight use.
OUR APPROACH
A redesigned ground floor with a new rear extension, improved living areas, new bathroom and entrance porch, plus a detached garden outbuilding as an ancillary study. Technical coordination covered Part L thermal performance, damp-proofing, cavity walls, foundations, roof build-up, ventilation, safety glazing and fire detection.
OUTCOME
A complete package – existing and proposed plans, elevations, roof plans, sections, 3D visualisation, fire strategy, electrical layout and key construction details.
